Easy and fast government services have become a basic requirement in all societies, especially in light of the rapid pace of our lives. Dubai Police decided to establish the world's first smart police station to provide 27 basic services such as reporting crimes, traffic accidents and other community services in six different languages. This center has achieved a quantum leap in the customer experience and a real transformation in the nature of community members communicating with the government.
